Rose oversees the daily clinical and administrative operations of the organization’s medical facilities, bridging communication between clinical staff and senior management to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency. She manages hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating healthcare professionals while providing clinical guidance and mentorship. Additionally, Rose oversees quality assurance, enforces clinical policies, manages budgets, maintains medical supplies, optimizes patient flow, and addresses operational challenges to ensure seamless and effective facility operations.
